Velvet Elvis took 3rd place in the "Wall to Wall" category at the Wine and Hop Shop Stout contest 2019 and 1st place in the "Other" category in the Green Bay Rackers Titletown Open 2019.

Volume Into Fermenter: 5.5 gallons

Fermentation should take roughly three weeks but monitor gravity after one week, as that yeast strain is notorious for stalling and might need a tempurature increase to finish. Works well aging on oak.
